Overview
We're launching an exciting new store concept located at Morrison Street, Edinburgh - a fast-paced, food-first destination where flavour, freshness and rhythm drive the day.
From breakfast to dinner, the focus is on food that's ready to love, ready to go and ready to keep customers coming back for more, all without the late-night restaurant hours.
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Cook to bring our menus to life, working closely
with the Chef and Store Manager to prepare fresh food daily and help build a strong back-of-
house routine.
This is a great opportunity for someone with energy, pride and attention to detail who wants to be part of a new food concept from the very beginning.

You'll support the Chef in delivering high-quality, fresh food every day.
This role is hands-on and rhythm-driven, with a focus on consistency, freshness and flow.
You'll help prep for the day, keep things organised and follow clear processes to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
You'll play a key part in creating a great customer experience through the quality of the food served. With menus rotating throughout the week and seasonal changes, there's always
something new to bring to life.
This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their back-of-house skills in a structured environment with real pride in the product.
The hours are more structured than traditional restaurant kitchens, with early starts and a focus on daytime trade.
