Pinkfoot Food Trailer - Food Trailer Supervisor

About the Role

We're thrilled to introduce the Pinkfoot Food Trailer, a brand new and exciting addition to First Sight Estates Ltd!

We're seeking a hands-on, passionate Food Trailer Supervisor who lives and breathes hospitality, someone who thrives on delivering exceptions guest experiences, leading by example, and motivating their team to achieve excellence every day.

As the face of this new venture, you'll play a key role in shaping its success. Overseeing the day-to-day operations, supporting events, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service with a smile. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same, and your enthusiasm and leadership will set the tone.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of the Pinkfoot Food Trailer's daily operations: opening, closing, service, maintenance and presentation. Lead, train and inspire your team to deliver consistent, friendly and professional service. Manage food handling and storage safely and effectively, ensuring full compliance with food hygiene standards working closing with chef. Maintain and update Health & Safety and Risk Assessment documentation in conjunction with the Operations Manager. Manage stock levels, supplier orders and cashless payments accurately. Create and manage staff rotas, ensuring smooth operations and correct payroll submissions. Support and deliver special events, bringing creativity and organisation to each one. Promote the trailer within the wider community to attract guests and build its profile. Drive and maintain the trailer vehicle as required (a valid, full driving licence is essential).

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Understands the world of hospitality, is passionate about great service and loves creating memorable guest experiences. Is a people person! Approachable, engaging and naturally good with guests / colleagues alike. Has proven experience managing Health & Safety and food handing standards within a hospitality or catering environment. Is an inspirational leader, who leads by example and motivates their team to excel. Has excellent organisational skills and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting. Is flexible and happy to work weekends regularly, and evenings on occasion. Holds (or is willing to obtain) Food Hygiene, First Aid and Alcohol Licensing certification. Has a clean, valid full driving licence (a check will be carried out).
