Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 7.30am- 12.30am
Manage and run the Community Hub/Foodbank in accordance with guidelines provided by management team.
Work alongside the Community Hub Manager to promote and provide additional activities and support for Hub Service users.
Ensure all premises used by the Foodbank are well maintained, cleaned and that contractual requirements for their use are met.
Ensure that safeguarding, health and safety and risk management procedures are maintained, records are kept, and all volunteers are trained as required by law and directed by the management team
Oversee the warehouse and logistics operation, ensuring that records are maintained, and reports provided as requested by the management team.
Advise the management team about expenditure needed to maintain and develop the Foodbank.
Carry out any other duties at a similar level of responsibility that are deemed by the management team necessary for the maintenance and development of the foodbank.
Safely retrieve and store provisions for the Community Hub as directed by the Foodbank Manager.
Assist with transfer of other items around Rock facilities as required.
Maintain an up to date knowledge and skill base in relation to your dedicated area
To undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by the line manager.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
