Penryn and Falmouth Foodbank is a 100% volunteerled project operating under the charity of Highway Church. Penryn and Falmouth Foodbank is located in what is considered to be one of the most significantly deprived constituencies in England. Demand for our services - run mainly by volunteers from localchurches and the wider community - has been increasing since it opened in 2008. By appointing a foodbank programme coordinator, wewill ensure Penryn and Falmouth's existing provision for those in crisis, Create and maintain a more sustainable co-ordination process and administration, with particular reference to the 'Assemble' volunteer management system and develop further, by delivering our core business proposal and aim to also develop a volunteer mentoring programme to support therecruitment and retention of volunteers, whilst enablingthem to gain confidence and employment-relevant skills.For more information including job description and person specification please contact Jo Crook on 07837247032 or on info@highwaychurch.co.ukClosing Date Midnight 23rd January 2026 Candidate Interviews Expected w/c 9th February 2026
