Hours:

~12 per week | Evenings & Saturday mornings

Salary:

700 - 850 per month (dependent on experience and performance)

Technical Director

to lead the club's football development structure. This senior role will be responsible for driving coaching standards, implementing the club philosophy, and guiding long-term player development across all age groups.

recruitment of players and coaches

Club's Strategic Development Plan

Requirements

Minimum UEFA B Licence

Previous elite or academy coaching experience

(EPPP, professional club or equivalent high-performance environment) Proven experience leading or mentoring coaches Strong understanding of player development frameworks and age-specific methodology Excellent organisational and communication skills Passion for youth development, high standards, and positive club culture

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday evenings

Matches:

Saturday mornings Additional hours as required to support club needs
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 700.00-850.00 per month
