We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Football Coach to join our our program and support the development of players in a positive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality coaching session, fostering player development both technically and personally, and upholding the values and standards of the club.
Responsibilities
Design and implement effective training programmes tailored to different age groups and abilities
Lead practical coaching sessions focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical fitness
Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Organise team drills, matches, and tournaments to enhance competitive experience
Ensure all activities are conducted safely in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations
Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition and report any maintenance needs
Promote the club's values and encourage participation across diverse community groups
Qualifications
Proven experience in youth football coaching
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage participants of all ages
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan effective training sessions
UEFA C Certificate or Higher
FA Safeguarding Children Course
FA Introduction to First Aid in Football Course
