Job Summary

The French Touche is growing at a fast rate that makes us seek a dedicated and passionate Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the fundamentals of football. This role involves not only developing players' skills but also fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programmes that enhance players' skills and fitness levels. Conduct regular practice sessions (private, small group & team training), focusing on the technical, athletic, mental & IQ of the players we work with. Educate players on game strategies, rules, and techniques to improve their understanding of the sport. Monitor player performance during practices and video analysis of their matches, providing constructive feedback for improvement. Coordinate with parents and guardians regarding player development and team activities. Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and matches by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football at a competitive level. Strong knowledge of football techniques, tactics, and training methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate players effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches, staff, and parents to promote a positive sporting environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan effective training sessions. Holding an Introduction to Football certificate, UEFA C or B Licence, not essential for the right candidate willing to obtain one.

Pay: 16.75-19.75 per hour
