We're looking for confident and enthusiastic coaches to deliver engaging football sessions for children of all abilities. Whether you've achieved a formal coaching qualification or built your skills coaching teams, we'd love to hear from you.
Who are Loves Football?
We started in 2019 and now coach over 400 kids a week in a range of sessions ranging from after-school clubs, football teams, futsal, community style groups and multi-sports camps.

2026 is set to be a stellar year for Loves Football as we open up new centres across Birmingham.
Who we're looking for
As Lead Coach, you will bring passion, enthusiasm, energy, empathy and be able to put yourself in the shoes of children you coach! You'll also:
Hold an FA / UEFA qualification or relevant coaching experience (such as managing a football team)
Have worked with children at various ages and abilities
Be ambitious and keen to progress to a Head Coach role
Run high-energy football sessions that focus on our 4 values.
Work closely with players and parents to build a positive environment.
Adapt sessions to ensure every player feels included and challenged.
Continually strive to increase the amount of touches of footballs in each and every session
