Due to expansion, we are looking for 3 new enthusiastic football coaches to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports coaching and educating children on the fundamentals of football.
Mini Soccer Advance was created in 2018 and has quickly become the chosen place for FUN football for children aged 3 - 12 - where we coach 400 children every Saturday morning and operate across 4 locations in Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training sessions to enhance children's football skills and performance, in line with company values.
- Collaborate with our current team of 20 coaches, to ensure each class offers maximum value to children.
- To work with children aged 3 - 12 and adapt your coaching style to align with the age of the children you are working with.
- Communicate with children and parents in the right manner, whilst always remaining professional.
Coaching children is a great responsibility and ultimately very rewarding. If you are confident and out-going, great with young children, 100% reliable, not scared of an early start and interested in contributing to the local community, then get in touch.
Requirements
- Experience in sports coaching
- Ability to educate players on the rules and tactics of football
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for developing children both individually and as a team
MUST HAVE VALID ENHANCED DBS OR BE WILLING TO HAVE ONE DONE
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.00-19.00 per hour
