We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity within the Bridlington Soccer School. Due to the popular demand and tremendous growth of our Soccer Camps, we are looking to expand our team by hiring enthusiastic and passionate summer soccer school coaches. An ideal role for anyone working in education using the holidays to earn extra funds. The role will undertake voluntary hours in order to establish the candidate is the right fit and gain experience of how we coordinate the schools and groups before undertaking the position on a Saturday morning.

We are seeking individuals who are not only passionate about coaching but also committed to helping young children develop their fundamental football skills. Through fun coaching sessions and engaging small-sided games, your role will be pivotal in nurturing the next generation of football enthusiasts. You will be joining our fantastic team of coaches who consistently create opportunities and provide an environment that fosters skill development for children in our Football Centre program.In collaboration with our FA qualified staff, you will have the chance to further develop your coaching skills while contributing to the success of our program. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced / qualified Football Coach to join us during the school holidays for a six-week period and other holidays. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring athletes, devising fun game strategies, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment at our holiday school.Key responsibilities of the role include:- Developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance players' skills and performance.- Planning and conducting practice sessions focused on skill development, conditioning, and teamwork.- Teaching athletes the rules and techniques of football, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.- Analyzing game footage to evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.- Developing game strategies, including offensive and defensive plays, based on thorough analysis of opponents.- Motivating and inspiring athletes to reach their full potential, both on and off the field.- Fostering a positive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, respect, discipline, and teamwork.- Collaborating with other coaches, trainers, and staff members to ensure effective communication and coordination.We are looking for candidates with previous experience as a Football Coach or in a similar coaching role in holiday camps. A strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, strategies, and game analysis is essential, as are excellent communication skills, a passion for coaching and educating young athletes, and strong leadership and organizational skills.If you are excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
