We Make Footballers are a professional football coaching company welcoming players of all abilities aged 4-12. Our goal is to help players become the best they can be by developing them individually and mastering the football fundamentals.

Duties
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players to enhance their performance
Responsible for coaching a maximum of 10 players per a session
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and personal growth
Monitor player progress and development milestones
Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to support players' overall well-being and progress
Experience
Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football or similar team sports
Knowledge of current coaching techniques, rules of football, and safety standards
Previous experience working with youth or amateur teams is desirable but not essential
Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
