We Make Footballers Dudley is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated

Football Coach

to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in delivering fun, engaging, and high-quality sessions across our indoor and outdoor venues, helping players of all abilities build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy the game.

About the Role

We coach

children aged 4-12 of all abilities

-- complete beginners, recreational players, and advanced young footballers. We are currently hiring for

Sunday morning and Wednesday evening sessions in Cradley Heath

.

Both

experienced lead coaches

and

junior assistant coaches

are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading or assisting high-quality football sessions for

4-12-year-olds of all abilities

Creating a fun, safe and positive learning environment Supporting player development across technical, physical and social areas Helping with set-up/pack-down and basic organisation Being a positive, reliable role model for children and parents

What We're Looking For :-

Experienced Coaches:

Confident leading groups of 10-20 children Strong communication and delivery skills Experience in grassroots, academy or community coaching FA/UEFA qualifications preferred (not essential)

Junior Coaches:

Energetic, reliable and great with children Basic football knowledge Willingness to learn from senior coaches Ideal for students or early-stage coaches

Requirements

Available

Sunday mornings

(essential) and Wednesday evenings Additional weekly availability is a bonus Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain) Safeguarding qualification (or willing to obtain) Right to work in the UK
