The Nitty Gritty:

We are looking for

1 new Lead Coaches

to work after school each day and on Saturday mornings.

If you can't fulfil every day, let us know your availability so we can chat further!

The times are

2.45-4.30pm (school clubs in Banstead, Purley, and South)

and

10am-12pm (Saturday mornings, South Croydon or Purley venue)

. Additional hours available during

half terms and school holidays

between 8am-4pm or 5.30pm (up to 35hrs per week). Additional hours available during Saturday afternoons for

parties

, Sunday morning coaching, and Sunday afternoon parties
This is a part time contract paid at

21.50-30 per session

depending on your experience.

(And we run a monthly performance league table for staff where 1st and 2nd place earn a

small bonus each month - winner, winner chicken dinner!)

You will always be

working with one other coach

at each venue, so you will be supported every step of the way as you seamlessly embed into our team.

The Perfect Candidate Will Tick The Boxes Below:

You'll have experience coaching primary school children You'll be an FA Qualified coach - Introduction to Football as a minimum, UEFA C / FA Level 2 preferred You'll drive or be working towards this You will have a clean Enhanced DBS or ability to gain one through us You won't live too far away from us! You won't be shy and have bundles of energy and enthusiasm when coaching our children You'll love the idea of working in a small team and understand the importance of doing a great job! You'll love forming positive bonds with our parents and respect their hard earned money being spent on us Ideally you will drive and have access to your own car. Not a deal breaker for us, but definitely important! You'll be reliable, hard working, and all the usual stuff too!

What Your Typical Week Will Look Like:

After School Clubs

2.45pm - arrival 3.15-4.15pm - session 4.15-4.30pm - sign out, pack away and feedback 4.30pm - home time!
Saturday Coaching:

9.30am arrival 10am - Tots & Reception or School Year 1 and 2 session 11am - School Year 3 & 4 or School Year 5 & 6 session 12-12.15pm - sign out, pack away and feedback 12.15pm - home time!
