This role
offers an exciting opportunity to support the Head of Football in
developing junior and senior football players through a
player centered
framework.



We are particularly looking for a coach who
is deeply engaged with ecological dynamics principles and
innovative in their application of these concepts to skill
development in team sports or is keen to learn.


Key
Responsibilities Include:
Delivering training sessions to a specific team (U14-U18 Boys) , informed by ecological dynamics methodologies Assisting in practice design and contributing to a dynamic and evolving player development framework Taking match days both home and away in tournaments, league matches and friendlies Collaborating with the Head of Football to explore and implement a variety of approaches within the ecological dynamics space

Working
Schedule:
Training sessions to be delivered during

Monday and Friday 2:00 to 4:00pm (U14 or U15)

and/or

Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 to 4:00pm (U16 or U18)

Availability for

home games on Saturdays from 1:30 to 4:00pm

is required as well as

away games on Saturdays, estimated timings are 11:45am to 4:00pm

Training is paid at an hourly rate for 2 hours and match days are paid at a generous flat rate.
