Rochester Academy & Strood Academy
. We Make Footballers are a professional football coaching company welcoming players of all abilities aged 4-12. Our goal is to help players become the best they can be by developing them individually and mastering the football fundamentals.
We are looking for coaches with coaching experience. FA Level 1 is desirable (a must for senior coaches). With We Make Footballers, you will receive top training and career development opportunities. Our coach training resources will help you move forward in your coaching journey, hopefully you will progress within the ranks giving more responsibility and higher rewards. We also provide structured, high quality session templates for our coaches to deliver.

Applicants should ideally live locally of Rochester, ME1 3BY and have own transport.
Applicants should be available to work
Monday evening (5pm - 8pm in Strood)
Tuesday evening (5pm-8pm in Rochester)
Saturday morning (9am-12pm in Rochester).
Assistant coaches are paid 12.50 per session.
Senior coaches are paid 20 per session.
(max 2 sessions per evening/morning).
Please note: This is a zero-hours position. Hours will be offered based on session needs, but we are looking for coaches who are available during these time slots.
The following is desirable:
FA Level 1 qualification as a minimum.
Emergency First Aid qualification.
A valid DBS check. If you require this , please let us know.
The following is essential:
Experience working with children aged 4-12.
Willing to complete a FA level 1 if you do not already have it.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Maintain First Aid Certification and respond to any injuries during training.
Foster a positive team culture and encourage sportsmanship among players.
Assist Senior coaches with session activities.
