M3 Football is a leading girls coaching company dedicated to empowering young female athletes through the beautiful game of football. Our ethos revolved around the mantra: Dream. Believe. Achieve. We strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment where girls can develop their skills, build their confidence and reach their full potential on and off the pitch.

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated coaches to join our team in Liverpool, specifically the Formby area. As a coach at M3, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love for the game, developing technical proficiency and instilling a winning mindset in our players. You will have the opportunity to work with girls of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, helping them grow as individuals and athletes.

Our Formby branch will focus on girls aged between 9-11 years old and will use an indoor sports hall. Sessions delivered and created by the coach need to be able to cater for the facility as well as the different abilities that will come to the session. We expect a range from beginners to good level players. We want coaches who are passionate and want to push the girls game and their development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate coaching sessions Develop players technical skills, tactical understanding and physical conditioning Foster a positive and inclusive team environment Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players Inspire and motivate players to set and achieve their goals Act as a positive role model on and off the pitch
Qualifications and Requirements:

Fa Qualified Coaching Badge DBS and Safeguarding Certificate Driving License Experience in women's football Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills Ability to work effectively as a team Positive attitude and enthusiasm for coaching and player development Ability to take lead within sessions and the team Passion to grow the girls game and break down barriers
