Full-Time Football Coach - Loves Football (Birmingham)

About Loves Football:

We're Birmingham's highest-rated children's football coaching group, trusted by families citywide. Our mission is simple: help kids fall in love with football, build confidence, and grow as people. We support our coaches too--your development matters here.

The Role:

We're searching for enthusiastic, reliable coaches to join our paid team. Sessions are structured with set training slots and a mapped-out curriculum, but you'll still have the freedom to bring your energy and personal style to each session.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, high-quality football sessions for children aged 4-16 Build positive relationships with players and parents Foster a supportive, development-focused environment Uphold club values and ensure safeguarding and safety standards

What You'll Need:

Minimum UEFA-C (or equivalent) coaching qualification Experience working with children or young people in sport Strong communication and organisation skills DBS check and commitment to safeguarding Genuine passion for helping kids of all abilities develop
