Role Available
Academy Head Coach
Deliver high quality structured & engaging sessions, representing FFA's ethos and values.
Collaborate with your Academy Lead and Assistant Coach to maintain standards.
Build strong relationships with players and parents.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a dependable, consistent, and passionate coach who are genuinely invested in child development and ready to uphold our values on and off the pitch.
Ideal Qualities & Experience:
Minimum FA Level 1 in Coaching Football (Level 2 / UEFA C or Above preferred)
At least 2 years' experience coaching children aged 6 - 13.
Valid FA-affiliated Enhanced DBS,Safeguarding, and First Aid certifications
Confident communicator with excellent planning and organisation skills
A background in sport, education, or youth work is a plus
Driving licence and own transport preferred
