Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting one-on-one training sessions with players as well as managing our club teams. This role requires a deep understanding of football techniques, strategies, and the ability to motivate and inspire players.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to individual player needs and skill levels.

- Develop and implement training programs that focus on skill development, tactical awareness, and physical fitness.

- Manage and coach our club teams during practices and matches, ensuring players understand and execute game strategies.

- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages player development and teamwork.

- Assess player performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.

- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall training experience and team performance.

- Attend and contribute to team meetings and planning sessions.

- Ensure adherence to club policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous coaching experience, preferably at the youth or amateur level.

- Strong knowledge of football techniques, tactics, and training methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with players of all ages.

- Ability to motivate and inspire players, promoting a love for the game.

- Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., UEFA, FA Level 1 or higher) are a plus.

- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
