Key Responsibilities:

Coaching and Development:

Plan and deliver engaging football sessions aligned with the academy's philosophy and goals, ensuring player growth and development.

Player Performance:

Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback to players to help them achieve their potential.

Team Management:

Manage teams during training and matches, fostering a positive and competitive environment.

Curriculum Implementation:

Ensure sessions follow the academy's structured coaching curriculum and progression framework.

Health and Safety:

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for players, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Community Engagement:

Actively participate in academy events and programs, contributing to the growth of the football community.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and progression. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and management.

Skills and Qualifications:

UEFA C License or equivalent (mandatory). Playing experience (desired but not essential). Proven experience in coaching youth football at various levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate players. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Organizational skills to manage schedules, sessions, and team logistics effectively. Passion for football and commitment to player development.
