The successful candidate will be responsible for developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels Organise team drills, tactical exercises, and match simulations Promote good sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among players Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to support development Ensure all training activities are conducted safely in accordance with organisational policies Foster a positive environment that encourages participation, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly football Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire players of varying ages and abilities Excellent organisational skills to plan effective training sessions Good communication skills to provide clear instructions and constructive feedback Ability to work as part of a team and adapt coaching techniques as needed Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to sporting activities Enthusiasm for developing athletes' skills while promoting fair play and sportsmanship

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
