Female Ballerz FC is a pioneering girls-focused football club located in South East London. The club is dedicated to empowering girls through football and has a mission to inspire, develop, and support young female players. Female Ballerz FC provides a nurturing environment where girls can refine their skills, build confidence, and cultivate teamwork.

Role Description

We are looking for a football coach for the 2025/26 season. They will be responsible for our u14 girls team who train twice a week and play on Sundays. They will be responsible for designing and implementing 2 training sessions a week for the u13s. They will also participate in the development of team strategies and game plans.

Responsibilities

Bringing excitement and energy to every session Maintaining a professional demeanour in encounters with children, parents, and coaches Attending all sessions on time Ensuring safety checks are carried out thoroughly Assisting with the setup and packing of equipment

Requirements

Working towards/already FA Level 1 Football Qualified First-Aid Qualification DBS Checked Based in South East London Fluent in English Passion for empowering girls through football Experience playing football at a competitive level is a plus

Recruitment Process:

Phone interview to discuss your experience. Paid practical assessment where you can demonstrate your coaching ability in person at one of our weekly classes where we would give you a session plan to follow.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour
