Lead Coach Vacancies - Immediate Start

Vicky Park Rangers FC is one of London's leading and fastest-growing girls-only football clubs, dedicated to developing confident, skilled, and empowered female footballers.

We are proud winners of the London FA Grassroots Club of the Year 2024 and have teams competing from U7 to U16, including JPL, Echo, and Futsal leagues.

We are now looking for three passionate and committed Lead Coaches to join our coaching team with an immediate start.

U15s Lead Coach - JPL Team

Location: Mile End Leisure Centre & Stepney Green Astro

Schedule:

Monday: 5:30pm - 7:00pm @ Mile End Leisure Centre Thursday: 6:30pm - 8:00pm @ Stepney Green Astro Saturday: Match day (home and away format)
Requirements:

Minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (Level 2 preferred) Minimum 2 years' coaching experience Experience working with teenage players in a competitive environment Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Pay: 30 per session

Role Summary:

Lead our U15 JPL squad, delivering engaging, high-quality sessions focused on technical development, tactical understanding, and player confidence. You will oversee matchdays, track player progress, and help drive the continued success of one of our top age-group teams.

Foundation Phase Lead Coach (U7-U11)

Location: Mile End Leisure Centre

Schedule:

Tuesday: 5:00pm - 6:00pm @ Mile End Leisure Centre Saturday: Match daY
Requirements:

Minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football qualification Passion for working with younger players (ages 7-11) Enthusiastic, patient, and positive coaching style Excellent communication skills with players and parents
Pay: 30 per session

Role Summary:

Lead one of our Foundation Phase teams, developing players' fundamental skills, teamwork, and love for the game. You'll plan and deliver fun, engaging sessions and manage the team on matchdays -- helping our youngest players build strong football foundations in a supportive, all-girls environment.

Goalkeeper Coach

Location: Mile End Leisure Centre & Stepney Green Astro

Schedule:

Tuesday: 5:00pm - 6:00pm @ Mile End Leisure Centre (ages 8-12) Thursday: 7:20pm - 8:00pm @ Stepney Green Astro (ages 12-16, JPL level)
Requirements:

Proven experience as a goalkeeper coach Minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (GK-specific qualification preferred) Ability to deliver progressive and enjoyable goalkeeper sessions Confident working with a range of ages and ability levels
Pay: 30 per session

Role Summary:

You will deliver structured small-group goalkeeper sessions, helping players improve their handling, positioning, distribution, and confidence. This is a key role supporting our talented goalkeepers across multiple teams in a fun, positive, and developmental setting.
