About Us

PitchYourSkills is dedicated to giving young football players the platform to showcase their talents in front of professional scouts. We organise regular football trials for players aged 11-16, focusing on both training and match play. With the business expanding, our showcases, which currently take place once a month, are expected to increase in frequency.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Football Coach to join us on our showcase trial days. This part-time, zero-hours role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, supporting match-day organisation, and ensuring a professional experience for players and parents.
This listing is initially for our upcoming showcase event on Tuesday 17th February, with potential for further work at future showcases.

Pay Rate:

150 per showcase?

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured training sessions and football drills for groups of 10-12 players Organise teams, allocate positions, and prepare players for match play Manage matches -- either independently or alongside another coach Communicate effectively with players and parents throughout the day Collaborate with scouts and other coaches, building strong professional connections

Age Groups:

11-13 and 14-16

Duration:

Approx. 6 hours per showcase day

Schedule:

Primarily weekends, with some additional weekday opportunities during school holidays (including Tuesday 17th February)

Requirements

FA Level 2 / UEFA C Licence (minimum) 2+ years' coaching experience with proven group management skills Strong organisational and leadership skills Excellent communication with young players and parents First Aid certification (preferred but not essential) A genuine passion for football and youth development
