We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based at our club in Princes Park, you will play a vital role in developing young athletes and promoting our values of teamwork and discipline.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to various age groups.
Motivate and inspire young players to improve their skills and enjoy the game.
Assess players' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Promote fair play, teamwork, and respect among players.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize matches and events.
Ensure safety standards are maintained during all activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in youth football.
Strong knowledge of football techniques, tactics, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Ability to work effectively with children and teenagers.
Relevant coaching certifications or licenses are preferred.
Enthusiasm for youth development and community engagement.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
