Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, topic-based training sessions tailored to the group's age and ability.
Focus on developing technical skills, including passing, receiving, shooting, and possession play.
Foster a fun, supportive, and engaging atmosphere that encourages player growth.
Work with groups of 8-14 players, adapting your coaching style as needed for age and ability.
Provide clear feedback to players to support their development.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Key Attributes and Requirements
Friendly and Engaging with Kids
: Ability to build rapport with players, creating a positive and motivating environment.
Technically Focused
: Strong understanding of technical aspects of football, with a focus on skill development.
Session Planning Skills
: Experience designing structured and progressive training sessions around specific topics.
Comfortable with Group Coaching

FA Coaching Qualifications
