At Little Kickers, we run football classes for preschool kids aged 18 months to 8 years. Our mission is to provide a fun and positive introduction to sport in a friendly, non-competitive environment.

Summary

We are seeking a passionate Football Coach to join our team at Little Kickers in Northampton. This role is crucial in delivering engaging football classes that inspire young children and foster their love for the game while aligning with our motto of 'Play not Push'.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate football coaching sessions for children. Create a fun and engaging learning environment that encourages participation. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among young players. Adapt coaching techniques to meet the diverse needs of children. Monitor and assess children's progress and development. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment during all activities. Promote Little Kickers' values and mission within the community.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly with young children. Strong teaching skills with an ability to engage and motivate preschoolers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Passion for working with children and promoting physical activity. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
