Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our team based in City Academy Norwich. and Beccles High School. This role plays a vital part in supporting our mission to promote sports excellence and youth development through engaging football programmes.
Responsibilities
Assist lead coaches in planning and delivering football training sessions for students.
Support the development of players' skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Help organize matches and sporting events .
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities.
Provide encouragement and mentorship to young athletes.
Contribute to the assessment of player progress and performance.
Support the implementation of coaching strategies aligned with company standards.
Work closely with school staff at both schools.
Adhere to school policies and standards.
Qualifications.
UEFA B or Level 2 coaching qualification.
Current enhanced DBS with update service. -Essential.
First aid qualification.
Current driving licence.
Strong communication and teaching skills.
Enthusiasm for working with children and young people.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Knowledge of safety procedures in sports settings..
Prior experience working within school environments is advantageous.

Note - Must be able to coach from 7.30am - 5pm -Monday to Friday.
