Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our sports programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging training sessions, fostering team spirit, and developing players' skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in sports coaching and teaching to make a positive impact on young athletes' development. The position is paid and suitable for both experienced coaches and those looking to gain valuable coaching experience.

Duties

Design and implement training programmes tailored to players' skill levels and age groups Lead team practices, drills, and fitness sessions to improve technical abilities and tactical understanding Motivate players to achieve their personal best while promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship Organise friendly matches, tournaments, and other sporting events Monitor player progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and matches by adhering to health and safety guidelines Collaborate with parents, school staff, or organisation officials regarding player development and behaviour Maintain equipment, facilities, and training areas in a clean and organised manner

Experience

Proven experience in football coaching, preferably within football. teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with players of varying ages and abilities Knowledge of football tactics, rules, and safety procedures Previous experience working with youth or amateur teams is desirable but not essential Enthusiasm for mentoring young athletes and fostering a positive sporting environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-40.00 per hour
