The Role

We're looking for passionate and motivated football coaches to join our growing team. As a Vision Football Academy coach, you'll plan and deliver engaging, structured, and enjoyable football sessions in both

1-to-1

and

group settings

.

You'll work with players of varying abilities, supporting their technical, tactical, and physical development while creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead high-quality football coaching sessions for players aged 4-18. Deliver both group sessions and individual 1-to-1 training. Provide constructive feedback and support to help players reach their potential. Maintain high safeguarding and welfare standards at all times. Work collaboratively with other coaches to ensure consistency across the academy. Represent Vision Football Academy in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements

Minimum

FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football

qualification (Level 2 or higher desirable). Previous experience in football coaching (youth or academy environment preferred). Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with players and parents. A positive, professional, and motivated approach to coaching. Enhanced

DBS check

(or willingness to obtain one). Up-to-date

Safeguarding

and

First Aid

certificates (or willingness to complete).
