Job Title: Football Coach

Location: Oldbury

Pay: Voluntary - 15.00 per hour (DOE)

Oldbury United Football Club are a community interest company that takes pride in providing continuous development to our coaches. We have a programme where we develop our coaches and provide support towards qualifications up to UEFA B. Oldbury United seek coaches to support and lead Football sessions on evenings and weekends, for all ages and abilities. We also run Half Term Multisport and activities camps.

Football Coach experience required:



An interest in football and working with young people.

Good communication skills and the ability to build good relationships.

A willingness to complete online courses online.

Desirable Experience:



Delivered coaching sessions previously

UEFA C Qualification

Previous experience working with children.

Currently studying Sports Coaching at University or college.

Football Coach roles and responsibilities:



To plan and deliver coaching sessions for community groups and team sessions.

Effectively engage with people ages 4 - 18.

To be a key member of the coaching team during our Half term camps.

To work with a mentor to continuously improve your coaching skills.

To complete online training including first Aid and Safeguarding as a minimum.
