Summary

We are seeking a passionate Football Coach to join our team at Little Kickers in the St Neots. In this role, you will play a vital part in introducing young children to the fundamentals of football while ensuring they have fun and learn through play.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging football sessions tailored for preschool children. Foster a positive and inclusive environment where children can learn and have fun. Teach fundamental football skills while promoting teamwork and cooperation. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and experiences. Adapt coaching techniques to suit the diverse needs of young learners. Collaborate with other coaches to enhance program delivery and development. Uphold the company motto 'Play not Push' in all interactions with children.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly with young children. Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and inspire preschoolers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for working with children and promoting physical activity. Ability to create a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment. Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
