About Kings Heath Sports FC:

Kings Heath Sports FC is a community-driven grassroots football club dedicated to developing young players and helping them reach their full potential. With plans to expand to 20 Sunday teams and 6 girls' teams over the next two years, we're committed to offering opportunities for children of all abilities to enjoy and progress in football.

The Talent Centre is the starting point for every new player at Kings Heath Sports FC. Here, children begin their journey--building confidence, learning new skills, and preparing to join one of our club teams. The Talent Centre is the foundation for all our new teams and players.

Your Impact:

As a Talent Centre Coach, you'll help children fall in love with football, develop their abilities, and grow in confidence--getting them ready to join a team when they're ready. If you're interested, there's also the opportunity to manage one of our new teams as they form.

What Makes This Role Unique?

Focus on coaching and player development with brand new players Play a key part in shaping the next generation of Kings Heath Sports FC teams All sessions mapped out in advance, but you'll have the freedom to bring your own coaching style Support and mentoring from experienced UEFA/FA qualified coaches Be part of a club with clear pathways for both player and coach progression

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver fun, engaging, and structured football training sessions for children and young people Help new players develop technical skills, teamwork, and confidence Prepare players to join Kings Heath Sports FC teams as they're ready Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive environment for all Maintain high standards of safeguarding and club values (Optional) Opportunity to manage one of our new teams as they progress to match play

What We're Looking For:

Minimum FA Level 1 (Introduction to Coaching Football); UEFA-C preferred Experience working with children or young people in football or sport Strong communication and organisational skills Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare (DBS check required) A genuine passion for helping kids of all abilities develop

Pay: 12.26-25.00 per hour
