Why Futsal?
Futsal is more than just a smaller version of football -- it's a dynamic, fast-paced game that sharpens technical ability, decision-making, and creativity. The limited space and constant movement demand quick thinking, precise control, and intelligent teamwork, making futsal an exceptional tool for developing well-rounded football players.

, we believe futsal builds better players -- and better people. By encouraging children to express themselves on the ball, we nurture a genuine love for the sport and a deep understanding of the game's core principles.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate futsal sessions that build technical skill and confidence.
Encourage creativity, decision-making, and flair in every player -- the hallmarks of great futsal.
Organise drills, small-sided games, and tactical sessions focused on movement, passing, and game intelligence.
Prioritise safety and wellbeing by following all safeguarding and health guidelines.
Foster an inclusive, positive environment that promotes enjoyment, respect, and teamwork.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding schedules, progress, and upcoming events.
Support in organising fixtures, showcases, and community futsal events.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in sports coaching (futsal or football preferred).
Ability to inspire, motivate, and connect with young players.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential -- training and support are available.
Passionate about youth development and helping children build confidence through sport.
