Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our sports programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. Duties

Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels Develop customised training programmes to improve technical abilities, tactical understanding, and physical fitness. Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance and confidence Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork among all participants Ensure the safety of all players during training and matches by adhering to health and safety guidelines Maintain equipment, organise training facilities, and ensure the proper use of sports gear Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, or organisation officials regarding player progress and programme updates

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly football or similar team sports Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire players of varying ages and skill levels Excellent organisational skills to plan training sessions and manage team logistics Good communication skills for effective interaction with players, parents, and colleagues Ability to promote a positive environment that encourages learning, respect, and enjoyment of sport Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to youth sports coaching
