What is the role?
You will be conducting administrative duties for the FUK & International Football Programmes department aiding operational compliance and providing excellent customer service. You will have a particular focus on managing phone and email enquiries and maintaining the booking system, whilst also supporting coach & staff administrative duties across the team.
We are happy for this role to work alongside some of our football coaching roles too, for the right candidate, including our Casual Football & Sports Development Coach.
What will you be doing?
You will be coordinating all new coach recruitment administrative tasks, ensuring our football coaches are safely recruited, aligning to SFC compliance and regulatory standards and keeping relevant staff members up to date with the process.
You will also ensure all coach compliance checks and certifications are registered, tracked and actioned, ensuring all coaches' expiring qualifications are renewed before expiry dates and the relevant certifications are tracked and registered.
You will be responsible for adding all new Football Development courses to the booking system, maintaining information including liaising with the Football Development Officers to ensure courses and events are planned and advertised in a timely manner.
Other responsibilities include supporting the Football Development Officers with administrative duties in their relevant delivery lines, answering phones, ensuring a professional and positive approach, assisting with the customer queries, assessing current procedures and looking to improve efficiency where possible.
Is this you?
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a previous administrative role, within a dynamic and fast paced office environment and has experience working with people on the phone and/or face to face in a service-related role.
