TTG GROUP LTD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of grassroots and toddler football programmes, personalised 1-2-1 coaching, small-sided sessions, and action-packed holiday camps, we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for developing young players in a fun, engaging, and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the game, a nurturing coaching style, and a commitment to player development across a wide age range--from toddlers to young aspiring athletes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Engaging Sessions:
Plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate coaching sessions tailored to different formats including toddler football, 1-2-1 development training, small-group skills sessions, and holiday camps.
Player Development:
Support individual player progress through structured feedback, personalised guidance, and skill development strategies that reflect the TTG ethos of learning through play and positivity.
Team Culture & Values:
Promote respect, inclusivity, discipline, and good sportsmanship across all programmes--ensuring each child enjoys their football journey.
Communication & Coordination:
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to update them on progress, upcoming sessions, and camp information.
Event Management:
Assist with planning and delivering holiday camps, ensuring all health, safety, and logistics requirements are met for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Professional Development:
Stay up to date with the latest coaching trends, child development practices, and safeguarding standards relevant to grassroots football.
Requirements
Proven experience coaching children and young players in football, particularly within grassroots, toddler, or youth settings.
Confidence leading a range of session types (including 1-2-1s, small groups, and early-years/toddler classes).
Excellent communication and people skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, developmental coaching techniques, and behaviour management.
Energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to working with young players of all abilities.
Minimum FA Level 1/Introduction to Coaching Football (or working towards); FA Level 2/UEFA C Licence is an advantage.
Up-to-date Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willing to obtain).
First Aid and Safeguarding Children certifications are preferred (or willingness to complete them promptly).
