This is a permanent role of 37.5 hours per week requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends and match days as required.
Job Purpose:
The Football Development Coordinator will lead the growth and delivery of Rotherham United Community Trust's (RUCT) football pathway--creating inclusive, high-quality opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
Working closely with the Head of Education and Economy, as well as our other Football Development Coordinator and key partners, you will oversee various football programmes, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure football development activity reflects the Trust's mission to ensure everyone in Rotherham is united, successful and living well.

Qualifications
UEFA B Licence (minimum).
FA Safeguarding Children and Emergency First Aid certificates.
Enhanced DBS certificate (Trust will arrange if needed).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
D1 (minibus) licence.
Relevant sport or youth work qualification at Level 3 or higher.
Tutor/mentor training.
