Job Description

Luton Town FC Community Trust is on the lookout for a passionate and driven FA/UEFA qualified coach to join us for the upcoming 2025/26 season. This role involves delivering age-specific PE coaching to secondary school students at one of our partner schools in Bedfordshire, while also supporting the development of our Post-16 Football and Education squad.

Plan, deliver, evaluate and record high-quality coaching sessions tailored to young people aged 11-18. Support the growth and performance of players across both PE lessons and our Post-16 squad. Track individual development and provide feedback through structured parent/player reviews. Liaise with school staff and line managers to ensure PE lessons and football sessions align with our coaching syllabus.

What We're Looking For:




Essential:




UEFA C / FA Level 2 coaching qualification (minimum) Up-to-date FA DBS, Emergency Aid, and Safeguarding Children certificates Minimum 2 years' coaching experience, ideally with young people in sports development or school environments Passionate about player development, with a positive and professional approach

Desirable:




UEFA B licence Previous experience working in a professional club, football academy or secondary school setting Full UK driving licence

Have a strong background in football and/or PE, and understand how to plan and adapt sessions to suit all abilities Be organised, reliable, and take pride in professionalism and integrity Inspire and engage young people, serving as a positive role model both on and off the pitch Work well independently and as part of a team, always going the extra mile for your players and colleagues
