Leon Barnett Football College Academy is growing -- and we're looking for a passionate, dedicated

Goalkeeper Coach

to join our team and help shape the next generation of elite goalkeepers.

As a specialist in your field, you'll work closely with our coaching staff to deliver high-quality, position-specific training to our academy goalkeepers, aged 16-19. You'll be instrumental in developing their technical, tactical, physical, and psychological performance in line with the Academy's philosophy.

What We're Looking For:

UEFA C(or working towards) - GK specific qualification desirable Experience coaching youth goalkeepers (preferably 16-19 age group) A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for player development Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance coaching team Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)

Responsibilities Include:

Planning and delivering age-appropriate GK sessions Providing individual feedback and progress reports Supporting goalkeepers on matchdays with analysis and guidance Working with the Head Coach to align GK development with team tactics
