What You'll Do:

Design Brilliance:

Create and develop original ladies, men's & kid's designs that captivate and inspire, incorporating the latest trends and customer preferences in high-street fashion.

Collaborative Spirit:

Work seamlessly with our design team to push the boundaries of seasonal colour, fabric selections, and micro-trend innovations.

Visual Storytelling:

Transform your concepts into stunning sketches, technical drawings, and digital illustrations with tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Global Collaboration:

Partner with account managers and offshore development teams to finalize seasonal collections, ensuring your vision reaches fashion lovers worldwide!

Fabric & Material Expertise:

Select the perfect fabrics, trims, and materials that align with your collection's aesthetic while conducting tests to ensure quality and performance.

Prototyping Excellence:

Work closely with sample makers to ensure prototypes align perfectly with your design vision and specifications.

Quality Champion:

Monitor and ensure the highest quality standards of samples, collaborating with our quality control team to resolve any issues during production.

Who You Are:

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. With demonstrated experience in men's, ladies and kids design for high-street brands, you are adept at navigating current trends and consumer demands. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, your skills may extend to 3D design software. You possess a solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, enabling you to create designs that resonate with target markets. Strong organisational skills help you manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a bustling environment. Your positive, proactive mindset drives you to seek solutions and embrace challenges.
