The Role

Due to continued company expansion, Integrated Hydraulic Solutions UK are currently looking for a full time Workshop Foreman to join our busy workshop in Dinnington, Sheffield.

We are looking for someone:

. Who still wants to be on the tools, this isn't an office-based job

To be a single point of contact between the office and the workshop

. Troubleshoot and repair various plant machinery

With experience in a similar role building relatively large and complex mobile machinery out of various different materials.

To ensure all H&S protocols are followed

To deliver feedback and develop work optimisation

Ensure all equipment and machinery is properly maintained and used

You will have:

Proven work experience in a similar, managerial role

Experience in hydraulics and electrics would be very advantageous

. Strong mechanical knowledge and skills

Excellent team working skills

Excellent time keeping and reliability

Strong attention to detail

Overtime and weekends when required and agreed

Permanent position based on 40 hours per week + overtime when required.

Hours of work are Mon-Fri 0800-1630 with a 30min break at 1230

Pay: Negotiable dependent upon experience.
