Role Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic Foreperson to command our ambitious projects. As a pivotal member of the Trimline squad, you will ensure that every marine interior is crafted to perfection, exceeding standards in every port. With projects sprawling across global shipyards, your leadership will directly influence our soaring reputation and bolster our international expansion.

What You'll Do



Lead and Innovate:

Conduct meticulous site surveys pre- and post-contract to grasp project intricacies.

Collaborate and Guide:

Work closely with the Project Manager and Installation Supervisor to helm project deliveries, ensuring health, safety, and unbeatable quality.

Orchestrate Excellence:

Allocate tasks strategically, ensuring your team has the tools and information they need to excel.

Communicate and Execute:

Liaise with Logistics and Procurement to prioritize needs and uphold Trimline's esteemed standards.

Inspire and Mentor:

Foster a culture of collaboration and provide unwavering guidance to your team.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect diligently, ensuring every detail aligns with specifications.

Engage Stakeholders:

Keep the dialogue open with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied.

Compensation



Your dedication deserves more than just thanks. Our forepersons receive a competitive salary configuration that includes base salary (depending on experience) and an adventurous working-away allowance, raising your total yearly compensation to a promising range of 50,000 - 70,000 annually.
