Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Working Gangerman/Supervisor to oversee our team and ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of the industry, enabling them to manage daily activities while fostering a positive work environment. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and safety, as well as ensuring that projects are completed on time. CSCS and SSSTS essential and CPCS/NPORS beneficial.

Responsibilities

Working Superviser and manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. Coordinate daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, updates, and feedback. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and personnel involved. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving productivity and efficiency.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising teams within the relevant industry. Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the workplace. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology associated with the role.
