We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our projects. Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Coordinate daily activities and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess progress and address any issues that arise. Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaboration. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance. Prepare reports on project status, including any challenges faced and solutions implemented.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the relevant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to problem-solve effectively and make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to the workplace. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
