Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to lead our team in delivering a project. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in supervising daily operations, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of workers while maintaining a positive work environment.

Supervise and work 'on the tools' and manage a team of workers to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Coordinate work schedules and allocate resources effectively to optimise workflow. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any incidents that occur during operations. Collaborate with management to implement improvements in processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency.

Pay: 210.00-270.00 per day
