```Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. The role will require the successful candidate to fulfil a senior position with the ability to lead the room and oversee the forest school activities across the setting. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. In addition to this as the Room Leader we expect you to have exceptional communication skills and the ability to deliver inspirational education and exciting activities. As a room lead we expect you to have high expectations and demonstrate strong organizational skills. This role is suitable for an experienced room leader or for someone looking for progression into leadership having had at least 2 years experience as a qualified practitioner.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily running of a room whilst implementing Tiddlywinks values and standards.

- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues and management
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children
- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support children's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and development
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's learning and development
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Skills:
- A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children and the education on offer
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
