About the Role

Must have Forest School Level 3 Qualification

As a Forest School lead you'll be leading provision in local primary schools. You'll plan and deliver creative, play-based learning experiences indoors and outdoors, rooted in our values of

What You'll Do

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with Forest School. Create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, cared for, and inspired Lead outdoor sessions that foster confidence, curiosity, and teamwork Manage the daily operation of the provision, including registers, ratios, and safeguarding Maintain a safe and stimulating setting in all weather conditions Communicate confidently with parents and school staff, building positive relationships

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Is creative, playful, and child-centred Level 3 Forest School Qualification Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail Can lead and motivate a team Understands the value of nature-based learning Is confident planning and delivering both structured and free-play activities Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year's experience working with children (desirable) Level 3 Forest School, Enhanced DBS Check (required -- we can support with this if needed) A love of the outdoors and a willingness to work in all weather
Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.51-15.00 per hour
