About Us:

We are a busy and growing street food business based in Braintree, specialising in fresh smashed burgers and quality street food. We take pride in our food, our fast service, and creating a friendly atmosphere for our customers.

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Grill Chef to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature burgers and other menu items to a high standard, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and delivering great customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

Cooking burgers and other menu items on the grill Preparing ingredients and keeping station organised Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times Serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude Assisting with stock checks and deliveries Maintaining cleanliness of the food truck and equipment
Requirements:

Previous experience on a grill or in a fast-paced kitchen preferred (training provided) Ability to work independently and under pressure Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude Must be reliable and punctual Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
