Westland Horticulture is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a

Forklift Driver

at our compost manufacturing facility based in Granville Industrial Estate Dungannon.

We are offering highly competitive hourly rates and a weekly 50 Attendance bonus.

Main Duties Include:

Operating a counterbalance forklift, to load and unload lorries whilst ensuring all paperwork is checked and filed. Handling the Westland product with care to ensure minimum damage at all times. Maintaining the forklift to a high standard, carrying out pre-use checks and report any damage/faults to management. Ensuring that the standard of the yard is maintained and kept clean and tidy. Adhering to all Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures in place. Any other reasonable request set by management.

Essential Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment. Previous experience operating a counterbalance Forklift, with valid counterbalance License. Good level of understanding and spoken English. Ability to meet production targets. Willingness to work within a team environment focused on maximising production.

The rotating shift Pattern is as follows:

Week 1: Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 10.30pm
